Can I order these products now?

The current store is a preview. Products, specifications and prices are illustrative, and paid orders are not open. You can send product or project enquiries.

Do you sell to both individuals and businesses?

Yes. RENOLIVO is being developed for B2C customers and B2B projects. Trade enquiries are quoted individually.

Where is RENOLIVO based?

RENOLIVO is the furniture brand of RENOVADECO IKE, based in Athens, Greece, with production planned in Egypt.

What does delivery cost?

Our Greece preview uses €19 below a €150 basket, €39 for €150–€499.99 and €69 from €500. These are indicative charges. Read the Shipping Policy for service scope.

Do you deliver outside Greece?

International delivery is by enquiry at this stage. Please provide a country, postcode, quantities and product references for a written proposal.

Is assembly or upstairs delivery included?

Not in the proposed standard service. These must be specifically quoted and agreed before ordering.

Can I return furniture?

Eligible consumer distance purchases normally have a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to applicable exceptions. Defect remedies are separate. See the Returns Policy.

Can I choose a custom finish?

Send the product reference and preferred finish. Availability, sample approval, quantity and production lead time are confirmed per proposal.

Can I get a company invoice?

Provide your legal company name, VAT number, registered address and invoice email. See Payment & Invoicing.

How do I get help with an order?

Use the order-status link in your confirmation when available, or contact us with your order reference. Never send card details.
