Who is responsible

RENOVADECO IKE is the controller for the personal information it uses to operate RENOLIVO, answer enquiries and fulfil orders. Contact us at the email above to ask a privacy question or exercise your rights.

Information we use

Depending on your interaction, we receive contact and delivery details, company and VAT information, order and payment-status information, messages, account information and technical data such as IP address, browser and cookie identifiers. Provide only information relevant to your request. Payment providers handle payment credentials; do not send full card numbers or security codes to us.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Enquiries, quotations and orders: taking requested pre-contract steps and performing a contract.
  • Invoices and legal records: complying with applicable obligations.
  • Security, fraud prevention and ordinary customer support: legitimate interests balanced against your rights.
  • Optional newsletters and non-essential tracking: consent where required. You can unsubscribe or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Submitting a trade or contact enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Who receives data

Our store runs on Shopify. Information may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, delivery or logistics providers, IT support, professional advisers and authorities where necessary and lawful. We share only what is needed for the relevant service. If a production partner in Egypt needs personal information for a specific order, that transfer must have an appropriate lawful basis and safeguards; a manufacturing location does not automatically require sharing customer data.

Shopify and international processing

Shopify and its providers may process information in other countries. Transfers outside the EEA require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as approved contractual clauses where required. Shopify may also act as an independent controller for some services. Read the Shopify Privacy Policy and use the Shopify Privacy Portal for its own processing. You may ask us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

Retention

We retain order, invoice and legal records for the periods required by applicable law and relevant claims periods. Unsuccessful project enquiries are intended to be reviewed after 24 months and deleted or anonymised unless there is a continuing business need or legal reason. Marketing contact details are kept until consent is withdrawn or the list is reviewed; limited suppression records may remain to respect an opt-out. We do not keep every category indefinitely.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing and withdraw consent at any time. We may need proportionate identity checks and normally respond within one month, with lawful extensions explained. You can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent authority.

See our Cookie Policy for essential and optional technologies. We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. The store is intended for adult purchasers and business representatives; we do not intentionally request children’s information.
