Trade Terms
These proposed terms guide business quotations. The final accepted written quotation and mandatory law govern each B2B order. They do not remove rights from customers who legally qualify as consumers.
Quotations and specifications
Each proposal must identify the contracting parties, products, quantities, approved finishes, dimensions, intended use, included services, prices, VAT treatment, delivery destination and validity period. Enquiries and sample imagery are not binding production approvals.
Technical suitability
Tell us about hotel, restaurant, outdoor, fire-performance, accessibility or other project requirements before approval. Suitability and any certificates must be verified for the actual product. No universal commercial-use certification is implied by this website.
Approval and changes
Production begins only after the agreed approval and payment conditions are met. Changes to quantities, finishes, drawings or delivery requirements must be accepted in writing, including their cost and schedule effect. Samples and prototypes, if required, are separately agreed.
Payments
Deposits, milestone payments, balance due dates and bank details are specified in the quotation. No universal deposit percentage or credit term is promised. Tax exemptions depend on the transaction and verified documentation.
Delivery and handover
The quotation must state lead time, delivery service, access assumptions, unloading, installation, packaging removal and the agreed transfer of risk. Any Incoterm applies only if expressly named with its place and edition. Delays and changes are communicated rather than silently accepted.
Cancellation, faults and warranty
Business cancellations, restocking, customised production, inspection and defect reporting follow the agreed contract and applicable law. We do not apply consumer change-of-mind rights automatically to B2B purchases. Any commercial warranty must specify its scope, duration, exclusions and remedy process.
Disputes and contact
Raise an issue promptly with the quotation or order reference and supporting information. The accepted contract will define dispute and jurisdiction terms consistently with mandatory law. Start a project enquiry.
