Payment & Invoicing

Currency and prices

All indicative prices are in euros and include VAT for the consumer price examples shown. Delivery is listed separately. Before any order is accepted, you will receive the final price, applicable VAT and delivery charge.

Payment methods

We are currently welcoming product and project enquiries; online payments are not open. When purchasing becomes available, the accepted payment options and complete total will be displayed before you confirm your order. Any alternative payment arrangement for a project will appear in your written quotation.

Business invoices

For a company invoice, provide the legal company name, VAT number, registered address, country and invoice email. VAT treatment depends on the transaction and verified details; submitting a VAT number does not automatically remove tax. Request corrections promptly so they can be handled under applicable accounting rules.

Trade deposits and milestones

For production or project orders, any deposit, balance payment and cancellation terms must appear in the accepted quotation. Do not transfer money on the basis of an unverified email. Confirm changed bank details through a previously established contact route.

Payment questions

For a declined payment, check the details with your payment provider and avoid repeatedly submitting the same order. For a suspected duplicate, contact us with the order reference, date and amount. Never send full card details or security codes through email or our forms.
