1. Scope

These terms cover use of the RENOLIVO website and consumer orders when sales open. Separate written terms apply to business and project quotations. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over any conflicting provision.

2. Product information

The current collection is illustrative. For a product you wish to order, we will confirm the final dimensions, materials, finish, included components, assembly requirements, intended use and availability before accepting your order. Screen colours and natural material variation may affect appearance; this does not excuse a material difference from the agreed specification. Styling accessories are included only if the listing says so.

3. Prices, tax and delivery

Indicative consumer prices are shown in EUR including VAT. The final consumer total, applicable tax and delivery charge will be shown before you commit to an order. Any B2B quotation will state whether amounts include or exclude VAT. We do not promise automatic VAT exemption. The furniture collection does not involve subscriptions or recurring product charges.

4. Orders and acceptance

You must provide accurate contact, invoice and delivery details. A checkout acknowledgement records receipt of your request; acceptance will be stated in the order confirmation after availability and delivery arrangements are checked. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain and refund any payment already taken without undue delay. We will ask you to accept any correction to a material pricing or description error rather than charge an unagreed amount.

5. Payment

Online payments are not open during the collection preview. When sales open, available payment options will be displayed before you confirm your order. Do not send card details by email or contact form. Any deposit, production payment schedule or bank-transfer arrangement must be stated in an accepted written quotation. See Payment & Invoicing.

6. Delivery, withdrawal and defects

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. No policy restricts mandatory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods. Measure access before ordering and tell us about special delivery requirements.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account access secure and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not interfere with the store, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others’ rights. We may restrict abusive use where proportionate and lawful. Website content may not be reused commercially without permission or a legal basis.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Any limitation must be interpreted consistently with applicable law. Information about a proposed project does not become an agreed installation or engineering specification until expressly accepted in writing.

9. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first with your order number and the outcome you seek. We aim to acknowledge enquiries within two working days; this is a service target, not a restriction on your rights. You may also use a competent consumer authority or dispute-resolution body where eligible, including the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman. Greek law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or lawful jurisdiction rights in their country of habitual residence.

10. Changes and contact
