From your brief to production
- 1. Tell us what you need.Share your company, market, product categories, quantities, budget range and desired delivery date.
- 2. Define the specification.We review dimensions, materials, finishes, intended use, packaging and any technical requirements.
- 3. Review the quotation.The proposal sets out pricing, minimum quantities, sample costs, payment stages, production schedule and delivery scope.
- 4. Approve samples and drawings.Where needed, sample or prototype approval establishes the reference for production. Changes and their impact are agreed in writing.
- 5. Produce and check.The agreed specification defines inspection criteria, tolerances, labelling and packaging requirements.
- 6. Arrange shipment.Confirm destination, access, unloading and any installation before dispatch. Customs responsibilities and any Incoterm are expressly stated in the contract.
What can be discussed?
Indoor or outdoor use; dimensions and configurations; material and upholstery selection; colours and finishes; own-brand labelling; protective packaging; assembly information; spare-part requirements; and project delivery planning. Availability depends on the design, quantities, technical review and written approval.
Minimum quantities, samples and lead times
There is no single minimum order, fixed discount, deposit or production time for every project. These are quoted for the specific product, finish and quantity. Samples, prototypes and tooling may carry separately agreed charges. Website samples and prices do not constitute a production quotation.
Quality and project requirements
State commercial-use, fire-performance, outdoor exposure, testing or certification requirements at the start. Evidence must relate to the actual product and intended market. This page does not claim blanket certification or guaranteed suitability for every use.
Your designs and your brand
Provide only artwork and drawings you are authorised to use. Ownership, confidentiality, tooling, exclusivity and permitted use of designs or branding must be agreed in writing before production. No exclusivity is implied by an enquiry.
