What to include in your brief
- Project type, location and target opening or delivery date.
- Product references, approximate quantities and preferred finishes.
- Floor plans or measurements, budget range and access requirements.
- Any commercial-use, fire-performance or other technical requirements.
How a project moves forward
- Brief: share your priorities and an initial product list.
- Proposal: review proposed specifications, quantities, VAT, delivery and payment milestones.
- Approval: confirm the written quotation and any samples or drawings required.
- Production & delivery: work to the agreed schedule, with any changes confirmed in writing.
